Abstract
This study investigates how product innovation in the Islamic capital market impacts financial inclusion in Indonesia. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data from interviews with retail investors, industry players, and regulators, as well as secondary data from official reports from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Ministry of Finance. The research shows that new products such as retail sukuk, green sukuk, online Islamic mutual funds, and Islamic crowdfunding platforms can make Islamic investment more accessible to the public. Digitalization expands reach, increases transparency, and reduces initial capital barriers. Key challenges remain investor confidence in new products and a lack of Islamic financial knowledge. Therefore, the government, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and Islamic fintech companies must collaborate to improve education, regulation, and continuous innovation.
