Abstract
The development of digital technology has changed the pattern of global economic activity, including in the sharia investment sector. Economic digitalization presents great opportunities in the form of wider investment access, transaction efficiency, and the growth of technology-based Islamic financial instruments. However, these developments also pose new challenges in the form of digital speculation, digital investment practices, information inequality, and weak Islamic financial literacy in the community. This research aims to analyze sharia investment policies based on sharia maqashid in the era of economic digitalization. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach through the analysis of various scientific journals, regulations, and Islamic economic literature in the last five years. The results of this study show that the implementation of sharia maqashid in digital investment policies is very important to maintain a balance between economic benefits and social benefits. The principles of religious protection (hifz al-din), life protection (hifz al-nafs), intellectual protection (hifz al-'aql), protection of descendants (hifz al-nasl), and property protection (hifz al-mal) are the main foundations in the formulation of sharia investment policies, and regulators have a strategic role in building a digital investment ecosystem that is fair, transparent, safe, and in accordance with sharia. This study concludes that sharia investment policies based on sharia maqashid can be a solution in facing the challenges of economic digitalization while encouraging sustainable economic development.
