Abstract

Higher education information institutions face challenges in promoting their services in an integrated manner to academic communities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of GLAM Expo, an exhibition strategy integrating Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums (GLAM) services, as an information development strategy at IPB University. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive data analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that GLAM Expo was implemented through structured planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The program enhanced service visibility, strengthened the institutional identity of the Information Management and Digital Transformation Institution (LMITD), and was designed to provide visitors with an interactive information experience. From the organizers’ perspective, these findings suggest that GLAM Expo illustrates a potential model for integrated information development in higher education institutions, a proposition that warrants further verification through comparative and visitor-inclusive research.
