Peer Review Process

The journal implements a peer review system using a double-blind method, ensuring that the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential. The editor conducts an initial evaluation to verify compliance with the journal's guidelines and the relevance of the manuscript. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected at this stage. If the manuscript passes the initial evaluation, the editor assigns at least two independent experts in the relevant field to review it. These reviewers provide feedback on the strengths, weaknesses, and suggested improvements. The review process typically takes four to eight weeks from the time reviewers are assigned. We ensure that reviewers are not influenced by the author's reputation, institutional affiliation, or personal information. Throughout the process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Once the review is completed, authors receive feedback, comments, and recommendations for revisions from the reviewers. If revisions are necessary, authors are strongly encouraged to promptly address the identified issues to facilitate further processing.

Final Decision: The editor, considering the reviewers' comments and the revised manuscript, makes the final decision to accept, reject, or request further revisions. This decision is communicated to the authors along with the reviewers' feedback. However, the editorial board reserves the right to make the final decision.
