Author Guidelines

1.     General Information

SAINFIS (Sains Fisika) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar. The journal publishes original research articles and review articles in the field of Physics and its Applications.

Manuscripts submitted to SAINFIS must be original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Scope of the Journal

The journal accepts manuscripts related to the following fields:

• Materials Physics
• Medical and Health Physics
• Computational Physics
• Instrumentation Physics
• Geophysics

3. Language

Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English using clear, concise, and academically appropriate language.

4. Manuscript Preparation

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the SAINFIS article template.

General format:

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Paper size: Letter
• Font: Times New Roman
• Length: 6–15 pages, including tables and figures
• Line spacing: Single (1.0)
• Margins: Top 4 cm; left, right, and bottom 3 cm
