Focus & Scope

INOVA: Journal of Innovation and Community Development is a scientific journal published by the Department of Islamic Educational Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar. The journal publishes articles on Community Service (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat / PkM) that focus on innovation, empowerment, and community development through various models, approaches, and forms of community engagement. Its scope includes Service Learning, Community Service, Community Development, Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), Capacity Building, Technology Transfer, Social Entrepreneurship, Community Engagement, Volunteerism, Advocacy and Empowerment, Training and Mentoring, Thematic Community Service Program (KKN Tematik), Community Partnership Program (PKM), and Research-Based Community Service. These contributions are directed toward addressing social, educational, economic, and community development issues through participatory, collaborative, innovative, and sustainable approaches.
