• Article Publication: IDR 0 (Free of Charge)

There is no charge for manuscript submission. Authors are not required to make any payment when submitting a manuscript or during editorial screening, peer review, or revision.

No Article Processing Charge is payable after acceptance. The journal does not require authors to pay for the publication of accepted manuscripts.

No paid fast-track peer-review fee applies. Manuscripts follow the journal’s editorial policies, peer-review procedures, and publication ethics. Payment cannot be used to purchase priority treatment or acceptance.

The absence of publication fees does not guarantee acceptance, a favorable peer-review outcome, or publication within a specific timeframe. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the same editorial standards and double-anonymous peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on the manuscript’s scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, regardless of an author’s financial circumstances.

Because submission and publication are free, no publication-payment instructions or APC invoice are required. Authors who receive a payment request purporting to relate to publication in the journal should seek clarification through the Editorial Office.
