Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- This manuscript has not been published elsewhere, nor is it under review with another journal.
- The file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) format and follows the journal’s style guide (APA 7th edition for citations and references).
- Figures and tables (if any) are embedded in the text with proper captions, and references are complete, accurate, and include DOIs/URLs where available.
- The submission complies with research ethics, is free from plagiarism, and all listed authors have approved the manuscript.
- The manuscript includes an abstract (150–250 words), 3–6 keywords, and follows the required structure (Title, Abstract, Introduction, Research Methods, Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, References).
- I hereby certify that this submission is my original work, that I hold the copyright or have obtained necessary permissions, and that I agree to grant Contemporary English Teaching and Linguistics a non-exclusive license to publish this work under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
