Similarity Check

All submitted manuscripts must be original and must properly acknowledge the work of other researchers. Plagiarism, including copying text, ideas, data, figures, tables, or other materials without appropriate attribution, is strictly prohibited.

JIIP conducts plagiarism screening using similarity-checking software before proceeding with further editorial assessment. Manuscripts containing suspected plagiarism or unacceptable levels of unoriginal content may be returned to the authors, rejected, or subjected to further investigation. Similarity scores are evaluated in context and are not, by themselves, definitive evidence of plagiarism.
