Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya, dan tidak sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal lain (atau sudah dijelaskan dalam Komentar kepada Editor).
  • File naskah dalam format dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, atau RTF.
  • Referensi yang dapat diakses online telah dituliskan URL-nya.
  • Naskah diketik dengan teks 1 spasi; font 12; menggunakan huruf miring, bukan huruf bergaris bawah (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar, dan tabel diletakkan dalam teks pada tempat yang diharapkan, bukan dikelompokkan tersendiri di akhir naskah.
  • Pengetikan naskah dan sitasi mengikuti gaya selingkung yang disyaratkan dalam Panduan Penulis

Author Guidelines

The journal publishes manuscripts written both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be original contributions. They should not have been previously published or under consideration by any other publisher. Only under special circumstances will the Editorial Team consider republishing specific papers already published elsewhere (with due copyright permission) if such papers are deemed worthy of wider circulation, and at the request of the author.

  1. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must through similarity checker Plagiarism Checker. The task will be taken by an editor.
  2. As author(s), you should firstly download the journal template HERE as it can help you to follow the journal layout.
  3. Before submitting your papers, please register HERE to get your author account. You might then follow the "How to Submit Paper" workflows.
  4. Once you finished submitting the manuscripts, you might log out from your author account. You may often check your paper's status through your author account.
  5. Regarding the bibliography/references, the journal applies APA 7th citation Style. Therefore, we hope author(s) concern on it. In addition, it is fully suggested for author(s) to use reference manager tools such as

This journal appreciates the submission in this journal by ensuring each article falls within the organizational business domains, and applies reliable quantitative procedures in a field research. Systematic Literature Review is discouraged. International authors will have the priority in the publication. 

Volume 12, No. 2, 2025: December

This journal appreciates the submission in this journal by ensuring each article falls within the organizational business domains, and applies reliable quantitative procedures in a field research. Systematic Literature Review is discouraged. International authors will have the priority in the publication. Sample size must exceed 150 responses. 

Volume 11, No. 2, 2024: December

Submissions selected for this section are highly encouraged to increase the reach to global readers by adding international authors in the papers.

Volume 7, No. 1, 2020

This publication accepted English Manuscript only, with a clear contribution to the pool of knowledge

Volume 6, Number 2, 2019

All Papers had to follow the rules in http://bit.ly/minds_announcements and our paper template in http://bit.ly/jurnal_minds. Authors must provide their papers in English.
