Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a double anonymous peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed. The Editor first conducts an initial screening to assess compliance with the journal’s guidelines and relevance to its scope. Manuscripts that pass this stage are reviewed by at least two independent experts. Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. Based on the reviewers’ reports and the revised manuscript, the Editor makes the final decision to accept, reject, or request further revisions. The final decision rests with the Editorial Board.
