This research analysis the techniques and assessment instruments used by English teachers at SMA YP PGRI 3 Makassar to evaluate students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. A qualitative descriptive research method was applied using observation, interviews, and document studies. The results indicate that the cognitive domain is assessed through written tests, oral tests, and assignments; the affective domain is evaluated through observation, teacher reflection, and student reflection; and the psychomotor domain is assessed through performance and product evaluations. Systematic and structured assessments from planning to reporting help teachers understand and enhance students' abilities and identify areas needing improvement, thereby significantly improving the overall quality of learning.
