Author Guidelines

A. Important Notes for Authors Before Submitting an Article

  1. Ensure that the submitted article has never been published previously and is not under consideration for publication in another journal.

  2. Ensure that the manuscript file is prepared in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.

  3. Ensure that the manuscript is formatted in accordance with the MSA Journal guidelines. Please download the available template [here].

  4. Ensure that all references with URL links are active and accessible.


B. Structure of Articles for MSA Journal

Articles submitted to MSA Journal should generally include the following sections:

  1. Article Title [Title]

    • Must be concise, clear, and unambiguous.

  2. Author Name(s), Affiliation(s), and Email Address(es)

    • Author names should be written without academic titles.

    • If affiliated with an institution, state the institution; otherwise, indicate "Independent Researcher."

    • Provide an active email address for correspondence during the review and editing process, as well as for communication with readers.

  3. Keywords

    • Provide informative keywords related to the content of the article to facilitate indexing and web searches.

  4. Abstract

    • Written concisely, including the main idea, problem, objectives, and research findings.

  5. Introduction

    • Provides a comprehensive explanation of the research problem, related factors, and the intended approach.

    • Includes relevant previous studies related to the research problem.

  6. Literature Review [Theory]

    • Contains all theories used to address or analyze the proposed research problem.

  7. Methods

    • Describes the methods or approaches in detail, step by step.

  8. Results

    • Provides a description of the research findings.

  9. Discussion

    • Presents a detailed discussion of the results in relation to the research objectives.

  10. Conclusion

    • Summarizes the findings clearly, concisely, and precisely.

  11. Suggestions

    • Provides possible developments or issues that require further study.

  12. References

    • Lists all references cited in the manuscript.

  13. Appendix

    • If necessary, includes complete derivations of formulas or other supporting materials.
