Narcissism in the Workplace.
Narcissism in the workplace can manifest as excessive self-promotion, a lack of empathy for colleagues, and a desire for admiration rather than collaboration. When channeled strategically, narcissistic traits like confidence and assertiveness can drive bold decision-making and visionary leadership. However, unchecked narcissism often leads to toxic environments, diminished trust, and high employee turnover.
This publication covers most of the discussion in the said issue within the context of human resource management and organizational behavior. Some minor paper in marketing and finance is also present. This issue is published continously following the acceptance and finalizing of the articles in press. All articles will have DOI within a week after publishing. The authors will be mainly from Indonesia, with some contributing authors from Thailand, and Malaysia.
