Under CC BY 4.0, users may:

  1. Copy and redistribute licensed materials in any medium or format.

  2. Translate, remix, transform, adapt, and build upon licensed materials.

  3. Reuse licensed materials for educational, scientific, institutional, non-commercial, and commercial purposes.

5. Copyright and Publication Rights

Copyright ownership remains with the author(s) or other lawful copyright holder(s).

Authors or authorized rights holders grant Jurnal MSA non-exclusive rights necessary for first journal publication, dissemination, indexing, and digital preservation.

The journal does not require an exclusive transfer of copyright ownership.

Publication under CC BY 4.0 does not transfer copyright ownership to Jurnal MSA or its publishing institution.

6. Responsible Reuse and Third-Party Rights

Jurnal MSA encourages lawful reuse of published scholarly research to support scientific development, education, research reproducibility, and innovation.

Users may exercise the permissions granted under the applicable Creative Commons license without requesting additional permission for uses already authorized by that license.

Third-party materials expressly excluded from an article's Creative Commons license remain governed by their applicable rights and licensing conditions. Such exclusions must be clearly identified in the published article.

7. Author Self-Archiving

Jurnal MSA permits authors to deposit and share manuscript versions that they are legally entitled to distribute.

For articles published under CC BY 4.0, authors may immediately deposit and distribute the published version of record in institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, and academic websites without an embargo imposed by the journal.

Authors are encouraged to provide the original article citation, DOI or URL, and applicable license information.
