Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengembangan media pembelajaran analisis komponen utama berbasis web menggunakan shiny R. Media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi belajar yaitu media yang berbasis web, salah satunya Shiny R. Shiny R adalah sebuah package bahasa pemrograman R yang dapat membangun aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan paket Shiny Web Framework yang merupakan pengembangan dari R studio Server. Salah satu teknik atau metode yang digunakan adalah Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan data mtcars bawaan pada R Studio yang berisi tentang spesifikasi kendaraan tahun 1970. Adapun hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu pembuatan aplikasi berhasil menjalankan analisis menggunakan PCA dengan sampel dataset mtcars.
