Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts children's physical growth and cognitive development. This study aims to analyze the risk factors for stunting in toddlers in the Napan Community Health Center (Puskesmas) area, North Bikomi District, North Central Timor Regency, using binary logistic regression analysis. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A purposive sample of 108 toddlers was selected, consisting of 54 stunted and 54 non-stunted children. Independent variables included gender, birth weight, history of infection, exclusive breastfeeding, immunization status, diet, parental income, access to clean water, cultural food taboos, and child-rearing culture. The analysis showed that birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding, parental income, access to clean water, and child-rearing culture significantly influenced the incidence of stunting . The resulting logistic regression model had a good classification accuracy in predicting stunting risk. These findings suggest that interventions addressing these factors can help reduce stunting prevalence, particularly in high-risk areas.
